Amritsar Founders as a community is like family to each other who are in constant touch, helping out in all aspects of the business, how to scale it, how to target leads, hold recruitment drives, discussion regarding HR policies, and eventually becoming a MASTER of techniques. We conduct regular weekly close-meetups of our members, monthly open-meets which includes participants from varied fields who are either working professional, social activists, a small startup, CEO, Industry thought leader, serial entrepreneur, mentor, business coach or even a student so that we can learn and discuss the potential need of activities, services in a particular sector. Apart from that Amritsar Founders is also a community which is fun to be in, keeping our serious meetup discussions on one side, Amritsar Founders is also hosting activities within our community like a friendly cricket match, a cycling meetup, or even a barbeque get-together to gel-up the great minds in one room and bring the best out of it!
Our interactions at the meetup are solely based on how to scale the level of Amritsar as a corporate- hub of job providers and opportunities, making it a thriving place for students, professionals, startups, and not a city to abandon for jobs overseas.
